We interviewed a few agents to help us sell our parents home in Alhambra, CA. We decided to go with Kelly and Maribel because they gave us a much higher value on the home. We were not looking to remodel the home, but they gave us some suggestions that we didnt mind doing in order to get a better price. We used their referral for painters and handymen, and in the end our home got multiple offers over asking price. We got a few hundred thousand dollars more than what another agent had quoted us. We appreciated all of their hard work and really liked working with both of them.

You never know how important a good realtor is until you run into problems. Then, its imperative to have a realtor whose judgment you trust. Kelly and Maribel helped me to sell my house in spring 2023 in less than a month and a half from time I first met them until the sold sign was put up. Kelly and Maribel were invaluable not only because of their expertise but because of the relationships that theyve built up with other realtors in the area. This can make or break the negotiations. It turned out fortuitous that I chose them. I chose them because they seemed like good people. I didnt think much beyond that prerequisite. They took care of what needed taken care of, even if I didnt necessarily know it. The house pictures and video were first rate. They made the right call on getting the house staged. They guided me through all the paperwork. And when I thought the deal was dead, somehow we ended up at a price and terms that more than met my expectations. I attribute that to them. I wasnt privy to their conversations with the other realtor but based on their reactions and assessments, I believe that they helped the other side come to a reasonable compromise. So, yes, I was very happy with my experience with them.

I just closed on my first home with Kelly in Temple City, CA. It is an incredibly competitive market with very low inventory, but Kelly was able to find a home that checked all my boxes. Finding the right realtor to represent you in a very competitive market is essential. Kelly is experienced, confident, and knowledgeable. She had helped my sister with buying her first home last year. I knew when it was my time to begin the home buying process that Kelly would be my ideal agent. Being a first time homebuyer, I had many questions and Kelly was always available to answer them. She would walk me through the process, explain the many long documents that I was signing, keep me up to date on timelines, and was very responsive. Kelly had a solution for any hiccups we encountered during the home buying process. Additionally, Kelly is resourceful and always has recommendations for inspectors, contractors, lenders, insurance etc if needed. She was able to help me navigate the home buying process with the least amount of stress. I am extremely satisfied with the level of attention, care, and effort she made in making this process a smooth one.
