He had two houses to sell (his own and his in-laws) and needed to purchase a new house in which fit all of their needs. Marianna had come to the rescue and worked out all the details and was able to get the two houses sold and the new one purchase without any downtime. My wife and I thought... well if she could pull off something like that then she could certainly help us sell our home and purchase our new one. She was incredible! Her knowledge of the real estate space and understanding what we were looking for (and certain things we didn't even know we were looking for..) was superb. She really took the time to cover all the bases and keep us up to date. Even with everything changing with the real estate market in Spring of 2021, she didn't skip a beat and knew how to navigate through it all.
