Mariann came recommended to us by a colleague who had recently been through the relocation process as well. Mariann is very knowledgeable in the process (which was hugely helpful, because we were not) and coached us through it every step of the way. Our house sold in 3 days and Mariann handled the multiple showings and collection of offers/negotiation masterfully. I very much appreciated her respectful yet matter-of-fact approach, and she was very thoughtful to my kids & I as well, understanding we were in a period of tough transition. I would recommend Mariann in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a skilled, experienced realtor!

Mariann is a true professional. From the very beginning when she reviewed the home we were selling, she made some suggestions based on her knowledge of the market and the buyers. Within a day of listing our home, we had multiple offers for over our asking price. She listened to our wants and needs, and helped us find our current home. She helped guide us through the negotiations and pointed out things we never even considered or were aware of. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, but Mariann made it easy. This was the third time trying to sell my condo. Mariann listed the condo and followed up with each showing. She negotiated the offer into a contract and followed up on the necessary appointments, inspections and paper work. Before I knew it I had sold my condo.
