Mariana Wartella

Mariana is a Broker Associate for lpt Realty and the leader of the Wartella Home Team. She strives to epitomize integrity, energy, and hard work in every detail of her real estate transactions. Having moved 10 times in her adult life and being a spouse to an Air Force veteran, Mariana is uniquely qualified as a Real Estate Professional. Representing sellers, buyers, and investors, Mariana has earned numerous awards both professionally and personally and holds many accreditations, including, ABR (Accredited Buyer Assoc.), Military Specialist, Relocation Specialist, and Gold Key (Excellence in Professionalism). In 2020 the Wartella Home Team assisted 18 sellers and 39 buyers, including 9 first-time homebuyers and 3 new construction homes, and had $19.1 million in total sales. They are a group of dedicated, friendly real estate agents that work together to help people sell their outgrown homes and find their new dream homes. The team is made up of one broker agent, four selling agents, and an administrative lead. Together they carry over 60 years of insight in Florida real estate. In 2021, they strive to help 100 families with their real estate needs, whether it be buying, selling, or building wealth through investing.
