If anyone thinks that the work of Estate Agents is done once the house is marketed and sold (in my case I purchased a new construction home as I was only looking for a rental at the very beginning of my house search with Maria) - then they are as mis-informed as I was. Maria, who represented Desert Sands Realty I must write that I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator than Maria); she worked tirelessly on my behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale, from simply reassuring the new construction sellers, to helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain to pursuing selling realtors, building supervision and mortgage lenders across the entire period. She was readily available whenever I needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. I cannot recommend Maria Valdez more highly. I know that I would not use anyone else. Upon completed the sale I was delighted with the service received and rendered from Maria. She really is an AMAZING and WONDERFUL person that I enjoyed knowing throughout the sale of my new home...
