If youre an experienced buyer, Chris is great at taking the time with clients to really find what youre looking for and make it happen. If youre a first time buyer and not familiar with the process, I do not recommend Chris. Trusting him was a big mistake for me. I could have saved a lot of stress and money if he would have truly cared and not led me down the wrong path. Please dont make the same mistake as me and end up regretting it.

Richard is a fantastic real estate agent and I could not have had a better home buying experience. He is professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and/or selling a home. I moved from out of state and I truly could not have bought my new home without his knowledge, expertise, and assistance. Richards knowledge of the area, types of home construction, developers, and location cannot be surpassed. Additionally his knowledge of the different areas, locale, and intricacies of moving into a new community were invaluable. He was always available to answer questions, address issues, and was simply invaluable to me as a buyer.

Richard is a gem of an agent. He put a lot of time and effort into helping me find a home. He always showed up to the homes before me in preparation of the tour. I thought Rich would tire of me because of the many homes he showed me and I didn't apply, but that wasn'tthe case. In fact he kept a file of the homes I favored from greatest to least, and in the end because Rich had an idea of what I liked, he found my forever home for me. I love it and am grateful for his friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. More than satisfied customer here ??

I could not have been happier. Maria is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and very well connected to the community. She really 'got' what I was looking for and there was no pressure to settle for something I didn't want. In addition to helping me purchase my house, she helped connected me to people who could do the work that was needed afterward. I can't recommend her highly enough.
