Maria Laycox

I have worked in the Real Estate Industry for approximately Twelve plus years. I am Associate Broker Realtor, and hold several Realtor designations. I started my career at Re/Max Intentions in Franklin , NH. I am a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and New Hampshire Association of Realtors.

After completing my first year of Real Estate I quickly sought and received my Associate Brokers License. I felt the more informed and the more professionally educated I became in Real Estate the better I could facilitate my clients.

Upon completion of my second year in Real Estate I again sought more knowledge and better fine tuning of my skills as a Realtor for both sellers and buyers and I took a long series of certified classes to gain my Graduate Realtor Designation (GRI).

In 2012, I focused on the buyers I work with and received my certification to better serve them and facilitate their needs and I received my ABR designation,

In 2016, I again challenged myslef as a Realtor and Associate Broker and took a week long certification class to better represent my sellers interest in the market and received my SRS Designation.

I believe in Realtor education and with the Real Estate industry constantly changing and evolving due to market conditions and client preferences. It greatly benefits me as a Realtor to change and evolve with it, to better meet my clients needs.

Life before Real Estate: Prior to Real Estate, I worked over twenty five years in the Metal and Electronic Industries as an Assistant Quality Engineer, Customer and Supplier Service, Supervisor, Draftsman and Quality Assurance Inspector. I have attended engineering courses at MIT, and the Lowell Institute of Technology.

About Me: I am all about my family and my home, I like to spend quality time with my husband of over 35 years and my three adult daughters and their families. We love New Hampshire and have lived here over twenty five years, we enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer, my thoughts are simple, there just isn't any other place on earth more full of natural beauty and bounty and this makes every day a good day in NH!
