I rarely write reviews. Everything is 'amazing' or 'wonderful' these days and that blurs the lines between what is outstanding and what is simply the norm, or just average, to the point that one rarely bothers to read them anymore. However, our experience over the last three months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Maria provided us with.Our experience began with Maria over a year ago when we were just coming across properties that met our criteria but we were not aEURoeactivelyaEUR? looking. In the Fall Maria sat down with us and talked us through the home buying process as well as selling process in the current realities of the New Jersey market. At this point we had only come across 2 properties in over a year that really met our every aEURoeneedsaEUR? we wanted in a property. Most important to us, Maria was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. At the end of April, in the middle of COVID-19 lock down, we contacted Maria about viewing a property that we were really interested in seeing immediately, within minutes Maria had scheduled a showing. Throughout the entire length of transaction (which was an emotional roller coaster) Maria went above and beyond. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She walks alongside you throughout the entire process even after closing day and checking in on us.In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Maria again to both sell our home and find a new one.

Maria was excellent throughout my whole process of house hunting. She was always available to take us out to see properties. She answered any questions we had. She would always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were assured of any decisions we had to make regarding purchasing our home. She was very detail oriented when viewing properties.
