We chose Maria to sell our lakefront Sparta home because she knows our neighborhood and has sold many homes here over the years...she represented the seller when we bought the home five years ago. The market was extremely slow, with many homes for sale and few buyers. While not big fans of open houses in the past, Maria convinced us that in the current market they may be the best tool to sell our home. She gave up many Saturdays and Sundays over 5 months and sure enough, found our buyer at an open house. Maria is persistent, always upbeat, and thinks creatively.
