Marguerite was an excellent realtor. She knew her stuff, and what she didn't know (because of my loan type), she learned. She responded quickly to all of my questions and worked well with my lender. If I was buying another house in the near future ( which I shouldn't be! :)) I would choose her. I would recommend her to other family and friends that are looking to buy.

Marguerite was the best Realtor I've worked with. She was responsive, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We looked at several houses before finding one we loved and at no point during the house buying process did we feel like she wasn't working her hardest. She was great at negotiating a fair price with us and did a great job coordinating between the sellers, us, and the bank. If and when we buy again, there's not another agent I would want! :)
