Cannot recommend Margot Ciolino highly enough!!! She is truly an expert in her field and walked us through every step of the way in selling our home for the highest price. Her insights about the current market and when to time our sale just right, resulted in multiple competing offers and a sale above asking within the first three days! She also helped us troubleshoot an unforeseen issue that popped up during inspections, kept the sale on track with the buyer, and guided us through the negotiations so we didn't have to come down at all. Margot also helped us find our new home and has been thoughtful of our wants and needs all along the way. She is very knowledgeable regarding the quality of the homes and often pointed out issues and possible solutions first, that inspectors later confirmed. Her communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. We moved to Ridgefield CT in November 2017 and were looking to buy a home but were having trouble finding something we liked or within our budget range. This was when we happened to come across the offices of Weichert, Madison Post in Ridgefield Connecticut where we spoke to Margot Ciolino. Margot was extremely knowledgable about the area and about our relocation process and very quickly understood our needs. She worked with us diligently to find our new home. Once we found our home, Margot worked closely with us, the sellers agent and relocation and got all the paperwork sorted out and ready for us. Having lived in the area and sold homes for a long time, she was very well connected with mortgage specialists, insurance agents and home inspectors and also helped us contact and set up our utilities. Margot was always available to answer our questions during the day or night and always ensured she took the time to find answers to our numerous queries.
