ZillowVERIFIEDMargarita did an amazing job helping us and guiding us through our adventure to find a new home. My wife and I had several agents but none that we felt comfortable with. Some just showed us places with the pressure of buying it, while aEURoeMaggieaEUR? she showed us a bunch of places explaining every detail of the house and never felt pressured into buying it. She would tell us to not feel obligated to select a house immediately, that she had clients that have lasted months up to years and she would stay by their side. Communication with her was great could call her at any time of the day and she would respond if she could at the moment. If she couldnt she would call back as soon as she could but never let one call pass even if it was a simple question. By text or call we were always in communication. She did an amazing job explaining all the money, whether it was the due diligence or money towards the pricing of the house. She never gave up on us, when we had so many issues along our way to buy our house. She found many things that other agents couldnt. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in search of a house. Specially with our hispanic community because she speaks perfect Spanish and English. Able to explain just about anything you ask her. Id definitely work with her again!
