I was lucky enough to be born in Colorado actually in Denver After leaving to explore for a few years in my younger days I returned to the Colorado Front Range area and have lived here most of my life As a licensed Realtor since 1999 I have seen a lot of changes in Colorado in the real estate industry and most of all in my business Through the years I have focused on different types of clients giving me a wide range of experience throughout those years I have helped first time buyers investors and seniors in a variety of ways to help them achieve their real estate goals I have sold everything from one bedroom condos to horse property I am currently a Senior Real Estate Specialist serving the 50 and over population with different and varying needs including 2nd homes downsizing and investment properties I also have access to a multitude of resources to assist in modifying a property reverse mortgages and community resourcesMy commitment to my clients is to always respect their wishes and their wish list and always put their needs front and center My greatest joy is when my clients have closed on their home and feel really good about the decisions they made along the way When I am not working I love riding my bicycle on the great trails we have in Colorado My husband and I are empty nesters with two extremely spoiled rescue dogs We enjoy spending time with our grown kids and grandchildren and are avid ballroom dancers competing locally nationally as an amateur couple I welcome any real estate related questions and of course I would love the opportunity to help you with your next real estate transaction
