Originally from Nottingham England, The Jacksons relocated to Florida in 1995 and relocated to Tampa Bay in 1996, raised 4 children while building professional careers and became citizens, making Tampa Bay their permanent home.

We can help you right from the first thought of "Maybe I'll buy a home", right through to the closing table. We can connect you to great loan officers who will help you sort out the maze of lending options and get you to a pre-approval. From there, you'll benefit from understanding the buying process, what to expect, what can go wrong, and how much it will all cost. There are some key thing you must NOT do while you're in the process and we'll tell you about them all. Don't buy more house than you can afford, and also know that the very 1st house we show you may be the one you buy.
Selling is a process, and you want to be working with an agent team that you see yourself getting along with and who will listen to you and respect you, and visa versa- as partners in the process. Do the things you can to get the house ready, and plan ahead knowing that the house will need to be available for showings. We are often working with you also on finding the new home, so often there's plenty of activity for you, and we try and keep it to as short a time as possible. We will educate and support you through the whole process, so you can concentrate on packing and getting ready for the closing
Honestly, we work with all types of clients. We have 1st time buyers of ALL AGES, people moving up in home as the family grows and changes, then moving to a smaller home as the family moves out. We also work with older adults moving to retirement locations. This is in all price ranges and spans Tampa Bay. We do a lot of business also by referral, which takes us all over!
Honestly, we become close with many of our clients, so it's hard to choose. We love the easy transactions, yet to be honest, we excel at problem solving through the hardest or most difficult situations that clients find themselves in too, whether it's selling a deceased estate, a treasured family home, or helping someone get started against the odds.
The recession was a bear, and we were caught up in that, and it was a natural progression in 2011-12 to start full time and help others too.
Margaret was an Occupational Therapist, Martin worked in IT, and Kathryn was in Customer Service, HR and Compliance- all of that came together to help us help you! We are constantly in real estate seminars and updating sessions to make sure we are well equipped to assist you.
