Having Margaret as our agent was fantastic! We could depend on her 100% for everything. When looking at properties she had a lot of knowledge on what to look for, especially on structural issues and needed upgrades. Any extra information we wanted she would get is for us right away. Margaret would text or call before she would send any documents that need to be signed and gave an explanation for everyone of them to make sure we understood what we were signing. Margaret took initiative on finding homes we would be interested in and was always honest with us on of the home was worth putting a bid on. Margaret was always accessible! We felt like we had a personal assistant. The whole process felt easy because of her thoroughness, availability and knowledge and we greatly appreciated that!
