ZillowVERIFIEDAnn was my agent for finding/buying a new home and I couldn't be happier with my choice. She would listen to all my needs, likes, dislikes, wish-list, desired locations etc. and then went into a (good) overdrive, finding properties and accompanying me to all visits. More importantly, she is not a "yes" person and would argue advantages and disadvantages of each property. Once I zeroed-in on a property she was tireless, contacting sellers, negotiating price, terms and conditions, always extremely available and responsive. All throughout the process she has always maintained a very positive attitude, and pleasant demeanor, which also won the heart of the sellers who became very cooperative, to the point of releasing the keys to the property to Ann before Closing took place. Ann is a credit to realtors everywhere and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
