With the other realtor from another company I told her that I was going to purchase three houses. She giggled when I told her that and after she wouldn't reply the next days. So we went with Marcy and it was perfect. It took months for me to finally decide on the last house to purchase. Throughout those months she was very helpful with everything, she was always on it and kept sending me houses that kept coming up for sale. She helped me find the perfect houses in perfect areas throughout the valley. I am a very picky person that it took me long to decide on every house.
