Lynn was the only reason we found our home! We had been searching the listings on Zillow for years and when it was time to start looking at places in person, she was so proactive and accommodating. However, she quickly discovered we were on the wrong path and suggested a new build in a wonderful community for us. She knew the builders products so well and worked with the builder to get us incentives. At closing, she was with us explaining everything we were signing and what next steps would need to be. Kim did an amazing job in helping us find our dream vacation home in Florida. She listened to our wish list and was able to find us different options for us to consider. Working with Deborah was a complete delight. From the very beginning she exceeded every expectation I had of a realtor. Even in a challenging market, Deborah put together a smart pricing and marketing strategy that got our home sold in a timeline I was really happy with. I honestly dont think it could have gone any smoother or faster. She gave excellent staging advice, brought in a fantastic photographer, hosted open houses, and promoted the listing really well. If something needed to be done at the house, she was there at the drop of a hat. Debs communication is one of her superpowers. She was always on it. Quick to respond to calls and texts, even outside of typical working hours, and she kept me updated every step of the way, and I was a complete newbie to selling. She explained the paperwork clearly, tackled tasks on our behalf, and helped me understand each decision. Deb is incredibly kind and understanding, while also being very professional and proactive. I never lost confidence in her, at any moment where it felt like things might get complicated, she jumped on it immediately and handled the situation. I always felt supported and confident in her.
