Used his years of experience and market knowledge to list at a price to start a bidding. Final accepted sale price came in at $40k (+/- 12% of list price) above asking. Helped us work through negotiations as well as ensure everything with smooth sailing as we crossed into closing. Would definitely use again and would recommend highly.

While we went into a basement of one of the houses, he automatically knew he smelt mold and told me and my husband to bring our daughter upstairs away from the smell. He doesn't just want to make a sale he wants you to find your forever home which it what he did me and my family!
