Marcus helped my family to find a home, not just a house. He was able to calm my nerves with his knowledge of not only the process of buying a house, but also what he would personally be looking out for. He's so fast with everything he does. Phone calls, paper work, emails, and text messages are all answered very quickly. We were told the process would take 30-45 days. It took about 3 week, thanks to how diligent he is. He stopped what he was doing just to come out and see us. He works very hard and he's so warm and friendly. He also gives hugs to those who ask. ?? It was great, hes everything that you would want in a realtor. We got into contact through a cold call and Ill admit I was hesitant at first but only because I didnt think I could buy a house in the current market. Marcus showed me I was in more of a position than I thought and showed me some first time homebuyer programs that helped with closing costs. The whole process was much faster and much easier then when I previously was looking for a home several years ago.
