Jae reached out to us initially about a year ago when my husband and I were considering selling our home and purchasing something new. He never pressured us but he did set us up on a list to include our preferences where we could view properties of interest. He was always available for questions which kept him top of mind for hubby and I. When we were ready to list, Jae was already there! He has extensive market knowledge, he is thorough and he treats you like you are his only client! He is also super responsive, which is especially important to me! We had a strong offer on our home within 60 days (even during the Covid-19 pandemic) and we are now getting settled in to our new home. It was an emotional journey but I couldnt imagine experiencing it with anyone other than Jae Everett and his team of professionals!
