Marco helped me sell my first home in 2021. The market was ripe for sellers and he gave me just the right appraisal to receive almost double the amount I paid for it. Marco then helped me to buy a condo for cash in 2022. Later, I decided to buy a home again in 2025 and yepaEUR|Marco was the first realtor I called. I told him what I was looking for and he only had to show me two homes and we found the perfect one for us. Marco is very knowledgeable about real estate, what is trending, where to look for what you want. My family was faced with a difficult situation, an elderly aren't who needed t be moved ASAP. Marco was interviewed with other candidates and was chosen for one reason - he believes in the people he represents, it's a family to him, not a job. Fast forward 3 months and COVID hit, shutting down everything. My family was unable to travel or assist Marco in any meaningful way during the pandemic. We had to schedule work for repairs, cleaning, furniture removal- all of it from a distance due to COVID restrictions. T0 Marco this was not an issue, he maintained contact, maintained his professionalism and patiently waited as we unraveled our COVID lives to a point we were comfortable to proceed. He nominated contractors, put us in touch with professional craftspeople to do the work, monitored and managed it all from locally as we just watched in amazement from our sheltered COVID traps. It took a year, and he was there the ENTIRE time, never lost contact, never dropped interest. Once we did we were under contract almost immediately. Actually we went into contract MULTIPLE times as every buyer until the final buyer bailed out or failed to provide and eventually had their contract cancelled. Marco stayed true and firm never panicked, got another buyer on the line very quickly each time. And THIS buyer, as fantastic as they were, introduced a long process of random events and failures, again not on the seller side (our side) but again with our buyers buyers. Repeat stops and starts, repeated extensions excuses from the buyers buyers finance and real estate agents etc.. Horrible situation - more for the buyers of our house than anyone. They neve failed, their buyers did and services did - repeatedly. But they neve quit trying, so neither did Marco. Nonetheless Marco persisted, remained optimistic, kept the deal alive and most importantly, as he did from the start - always, ALWAYS remained in constant communication and delivered updates as they were given in real time if possible. He played cheerleader for BOTH buyer and seller in this one, realizing the issues were not with the buyers but with the next step he continued to support the buyers through their journey as well. A s a seller, in a pandemic, under duress and having seen so many bizarre and completely unplannable issues, Marco stood head and shoulders above any other agents. His continuous professional approach combined with an empathetic personality made him an invaluable addition to our team/family during this time. There was NO RESULT without his efforts. I would highly, energetically, absolutely and without reservation recommend Marco as an agent for anyone looking to sell a property. If you want the nicest bulldog on the block who will put your needs above his and get you the best deal possible -Marco's your choice. And he's a helluva a nice person as well.
