Marci is more than just an agent, she is a valued friend. We spoke to Marci 9 months prior to making an offer on a home, when buying a home really seemed like an impossibility. She recommended a mortgage broker that she knew would be able to work within our time frame, and several other vendors that could help along the way. Marci really listened to our wants and needs, and gave us a place to start. She viewed a startlingly large number of homes with us, and her patience really showed when we started to have doubts that buying was possible. As time wore on she was always patient, never pushy, and available to answer questions at any time. When we changed our minds on the type of property we were interested in, she was unwavering, and pulled up lists of properties that met our new desires. We found the perfect house based on her recommendations and her advanced knowledge of the area, market, and amenities of each community. Marci walked us through the escrow process, the final walk through, and closing, and then stayed with us through the move in process to make sure we were completely happy.
