On a recent visit, I wanted to see about acquiring a property to bring me home more with my young son and give options to my aging parents if they end up needing some help. I reached out to Marcelo, knowing him from way back in high school and he jumped in immediately. We looked at several houses remotely before finding the one we wanted. I was a little concerned on buying a property fully remotely but he walked me through that entirely and we ended up closing a week or two ago. I can't recommend him enough if you are looking for a knowledgable realtor in the area who is responsive and understanding of your goals, he'll make it a point to go above the rest. Thanks Marcello!
