His knowledge, skill and client service excels over his competitors. His personal integrity and dedication can?t be taught its a part of who he is and who he has always been. Many realtors make false promises and simply tell the client what they want to hear in order to get a listing. Ultimately that type of misinformation wastes time and can cost a seller significant money in a changing market. I appreciate that Marc is very knowledgeable about the market and gives me straight information.
