Marc helped me buy my first home here in Bay County. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole buying process. He not only helped my offer win in a multiple-offer situation (including a cash offer), but he also was able to negotiate a lower price while we were in escrow. Marc helped us find our first beach condo. We were so impressed with his knowledge and willingness to show us anything we wanted to see. In the past 7 months hes shown us lots of properties and answered all our questions. He didnt try to push us into buying the most expensive house and he was willing to negotiate our low offer and manage to get us a great deal.
