I found a house on Zillow and went for the Open House and decided to out an offer. I had pre approval letter and she did not proceed with my offer. When I contacted my lender, they said that is not a case and she should have act on my offer with the letter they gave me. I missed the deadline for the offer because of her lack of knowledge/action.
