If we could put a 20-star rating for this superstar realtor, it still wouldn't be enough! We were very fortunate and lucky to have Whitney Blanchard as our realtor! We were new to the St. Louis area and came across one of her signs. From the moment we 1st contacted her she has gone above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home for us. We could not have had a better person find us this house. We had looked at several houses in Waterloo but they always got sold before they were even on the market. Rushelle got us into this house before it hit the market and we made an offer right then and there. It was accepted a few days later. She helped us along the way and told us what to do and who to call for inspections and found a contractor to look at the roof. Couldn't ask for a better person to work with.
