Mandy Elliott

Mandy started in the Real Estate industry in Sebring FL back in 1993. She first became licensed here in Florida in 1995 and served as a Licensed "Personal Assistant" to several top producing agents in the county, where she "learned" the business. She became a successful "Salesperson" for a few years prior to moving to Michigan in 2000. Once in Michigan, Real Estate was all she had ever known, so Mandy continued in the industry and became licensed in Michigan as well. Mandy quickly became one of the top producing agents within her company as well as Genesee County, despite the depressing economic conditions of the state of Michigan. Mandy's marketing plan and advertising campaigns set her apart from the rest and she is very excited to bring these to Highlands County. Mandy remained in Michigan (as well as Real Estate) until the summer of 2008 when she moved back to Florida to be closer to her family. She still has strong ties and personal relationships with many brokers and agents here in Highlands County and is very excited to return! Real Estate is her passion and she takes great pride in a job well done. NORMAN Norman is a native to Highlands County and is Co-Owner of Norm's Painting, Inc.. Norm's Painting is a family operated Commercial/Residential painting firm with 30 years experience here in Highlands County. Norman has been over the operations since 2002, and has extensive experience in the construction industry as well as many contact with investors, construction contractors, and sub-contractors. Through the various contracts in the construction field, Norman has worked with many owners and gained first-hand experience at helping people realize their visions and goals. Norman hopes to combine his customer service and business skills with Mandy's extensive Real Estate background to make a great team for you! THE ELLIOTT'S Norman and Mandy were married August 2010. Together they have seven children, ranging in ages from 11 to 26, and 4 grandchildren. Norm & Mandy ran a high producing #1 team in Central Florida - where they were #1 in their market for the last 9 years. Their team was also #1 in the South Florida Region for Keller Williams for the last 3 years. They have recently moved to the Gulf Coast of FL where they are excited to bring their knowledge of the industry as well as their marketing strategy and advertising campaigns to the area!
