My experience with Rieder Team Realty was amazing! Both Mance and Anthony were extremely helpful and efficient! Friendly, experienced, and professional. The house hunting process was easier than I thought, and although it was a little emotional and draining, we found our home in only 2mos! We love our new home and are so grateful to our amazing agents who not only learned about our family and our needs, but truly had our best interest at heart. Tthe Rieder team helped us find a great deal on new home. He even helped negotiate a brand new AC unit being installed (which otherwise would of cost us thousands)! Additionally, after we moved in he had a handyman come FREE OF CHARGE to help with a few things we had some concerns about. We were first time home buyers, and Mance really took the time to explain the whole process to us. We had been looking for close to 2 years, and really appreciated the patience of Mance and his team. I highly recommend using Rieder Team Realty for any of your real estate needs, and know where to go in the future if we ever decide to sell our new home. I can't say enough about how the Rieder team made selling our home so easy and painless. They also assisted in finding someone to buy our business equipment and covered our cost of moving out of state. His team was there to help move furniture and clean up the home for the new owner.
