We have worked with Mallory since 2019 when we first bought a house to flip. Since then, we have done 5 deals together. Listing 3 houses to sell, and 2 houses to buy. The houses sold, we received far above our asking price. The houses we purchased she negotiated diligently to get the best value for our needs. She was available at every turn when questions about the sales process arose and responded quickly. If we had questions on what upgrades would give us the biggest bang for our buck, she would research other properties that had recently sold and give us the advise as to what changes would provide the best return on investment. Mallory was beyond amazing! I have a very demanding job where I typically work upwards of 16 hours a day 5 days a week and Mallory went above and beyond and went to houses to do a video walkthrough for me when I wasn't able to go in person in a timely manner.
