Janice was a joy to work with. 5-star professional from beginning to end and truly a champion for our home. We had some nosey neighbors and she handled all of the intrusive probing with class and diplomacy. This kept our stress level to a minimum. More importantly, she had a thorough grasp of the market and was able to stand firm. We got full asking price! What could be better?! Even after we had an accepted contract in hand, Janice checked in with us each week until close even if there was nothing to report. Again - big stress reliever when dealing with such a large transaction. Closing completed without a hitch! Just a pleasure to deal with and couldn't recommend her highly enought.

We absolutely love Janice, would 110% recommend her to anybody! She knows what shes doing, is very responsive, and has always been the perfect balance between professional and personal. If we wanted to see a house she made herself available same day or the next. Also text messages were almost always answered within a couple hours. Janice showed us around 10 houses both times we bought and didnt try to oversell a house when it wasnt right for us. Truly cant say enough good things about her!

Janice is truly a class act! She is punctual, she is resourceful, reliable and very kind. She has an average of about 10 minutes in response time getting back to your text or calls. She is very good at getting you the necessary information about a property. She made sure to locate the disclosures for homes which helped us to know value information about properties. We looked at multiple properties at a time, she was very patient and helpful when assessing the right fit. Whenever we had questions she went above and beyond with getting answers for us.
