I would not recommend her. She collected her broker fee and has nothing more to do with this rental. We are renting an apartment infested with mice. I failed to inspect the property properly, but I could not have foreseen this problem.

Kishan is a sweet, intelligent and such a genuine gentleman. Working with him was the best experience, and he always carried a lot of knowledge for the properties that we looked at. The best part about him is that he made sure you were getting what you wanted and also kept an eye out for your best interest. If the property had some issues, he would advise you upfront. That way we made the best decision possible. He was available for us at all times and getting a hold of him was never an issue. We had some hiccups in our deal and he made sure he walked with us every step of the process assuring us that everything will be ok. His kindness and compassion towards my family really made me frel at home. He always took his time, showing us homes and also pointing out the pros and cons of each. Kishan always gave us an accurate number of what our offer should be, which is rare to find in real estate agents these days. Working with him, you will not be disappointed, and he is truly on the path to become an industry leader.
