ZillowVERIFIEDIm a First Home Buyer. Mahesh is very friendly and will find time to show you any property. The only detail was when I asked for him to show me new properties he would show me properties above my budget. I was very new to all this, so I continued with him. We found a property (above my target) but I got in the contract regardless. I was going to cancel my contract 1 week from signing because I had a bad feeling (should have heard my gut feeling) - his answer was our (the firm) reputation is on the line, so I stayed very innocently. He mentioned the house would be done on time, little did I know it took 4 months to close - mortgage payment ended up being $1000 more than my target. I regret buying my 1st home and I regret not following my gut feeling. I will sell this property or refinance it, but will go through a different agency. Please listen to your gut feeling and for 1st home buyers get an agent with years of experience.
