Whoooeeeeee! It's been a long time. 25+ years as a Realtor, and I've loved it... well most of the time. There have been some bumps along the way, but so many great people, many who have become my good friends whom I have sold homes to multiple times and now selling homes to their kids and other family members. Most of my Real Estate business is done right here in Pearland and the surrounding cities like Friendswood, Alvin, Manvel, Rosharon and League City, but of course we get to work all over the great state of Texas.

About 5 years ago we opened up our Team location in Pearland. It is a satellite office located in the center of town (in front of Green Tee Subdivision) We have a great team of realtors, that value family above all else, and pride ourselves on customer service, and providing our clients with the best real estate experience possible! We love the opportunity to get involved with the community and share in the growth and development of the cities surrounding us.

I have been married to my hubby Stephen McFarland for almost 32 years! After all these years he is still my best friend and very favorite HUSBAND! Stephen and I both grew up here in Pearland and both of our families still live here so it was the perfect place to raise our family. We have four kids Candace, Blake, Travis and Jayden. We also have 4 Grandkids!

I work with both buyers and sellers, and have substantial experience with first time home buyers. I have significant personal relocation experience, and as a REALTOR have helped a number of buyers relocate (from a few hundred miles to across the country). I understand the difficulties of relocation and offer a variety of unique real estate services tailored specifically for relocation clients.

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Pearland, Silverlake, Friendswood, Manvel, Alvin and surrounding areas. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools and city developments.
