FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start with drafting your team. Find an agent and lender that communicate well with you. You should never feel like a question you have is going unanswered. If you feel like you are bothering someone when you have a question- it may be time to find someone else to work with.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Communication is key when selling a home. Make sure you ask your agent what their communication plan is once you are on the market. When will you hear from them and what sort of tracking are they using for interest in your home?
Making sure your home is clean and shows in its best light is so important. Fresh paint and updated flooring may be worth the cost- ask your agent if it would make a difference. It may not bring your price up, but it could cut your marketing time significantly.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
First time buyers, First time sellers, Relocation Clients, People looking to downsize and upsize, Investors looking for rental properties, Investors looking for rehab projects, Non- Profits, Seasoned Buyers and sellers.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Every time we get to work with people who are realizing the dream of home-ownership for the first time I get goosebumps. This is a big deal- and we are always so grateful that we get to walk through this process with our clients.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started as an assistant for a broker who specialized in foreclosure properties. Through the high volume of their office, I was able to go through the process of hundreds of transactions in my first two years before I became licensed myself. Every deal is different, but the more you see, the more you know and can anticipate possible challenges.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I became an associate Broker in 2011. This additional training lets my clients know that I am a professional and take my career seriously by looking for additional education every chance I get. I am also a member of 2 national groups and 1 international group and am able to speak with agents around the country to obtain marketing and market insights from others around the globe!

We had an amazing experience working with Maggie! She was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and always had our best interests in mind. What we appreciated the most was that she never rushed us into making a decisionaEUR"instead, she encouraged us to carefully consider the pros and cons of each property. She was always responsive, answering our messages quickly and providing helpful insights along the way. If we ever need real estate assistance in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her again. Highly recommend!

Maggie is a wonderful, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and steady agent. Through the many twists, turns, hiccups, and nail-biting moments -- Maggie was there with the information we needed, when we needed it. Even better, she helped keep my anxieties low with her calming presence. Buying a house under any circumstance can feel stressful -- but with Maggie, it's like having a sister or a friend in your corner, who is also an expert in real estate! Thank you Maggie

Being a first time home buyer, with a pretty low budget, I figured there werent going to be too many options for me. But Maggie definitely proved me wrong. Shes the BEST! She would reach out to me as soon as a new home hit the market and was quick to schedule a tour. She understood that I was totally new to the house buying process and always told me what to keep in mind when looking at different houses (traffic, aging utilities, parking, etc.), things I probably wouldnt have even considered otherwise. It wasnt long until she showed me my new home, and I'm so thankful she helped me find it!

Maggie was the perfect real estate agent for us. When we first met, she walked us through the entire process step by step. She was extremely responsive any time we reached out or had a question. She gave us expert guidance in this incredibly challenging market, and was patient with us during the entire process. I highly recommend Maggie without any hesitation, we will definitely be hiring her again for any future real estate needs.

I have both bought and sold a home with Maggie, and I promise that you wont find a better real estate agent or human being. Shes very knowledgeable and always up to date on what the housing market is doing. She went out of her way to make every step of the process go as smoothly as possible. She also made sure that my home received maximum exposure and did everything that she could to make it more desirable. Her photographer was truly exceptional. I have no doubt that my home received more interest than it would have because of the excellent photography. My home looked good! Thank you so much to Maggie and her team. You helped me get my home sold during a difficult period of my life, and I am truly grateful.
