About Maggie Garside Heilman
Maggie Heilman is a top producing Realtor with Alain Pinel Realtors with over twenty years of experience. She brings a wealth of skill, experience, education and professionalism to the business; a degree in biology/chemistry, over 16 years of international biotechnology and pharmaceutical marketing and nearly 20 years selling real estate. During her nine years at Applied Biosystems, Maggie honed her negotiation and contract writing skills dealing with national and international customers. She has earned a reputation among her peers as being very capable, dependable and ethical. Dynamic and proactive, Maggie is very detail oriented and dedicated to finding creative solutions to achieve the needs of her clients.
Maggie has worked and resided on the peninsula for over 30 years and currently lives in Menlo Park with her daughter Jessica whom attended Las Lomitas/La Entrada school and Menlo Atherton High School. She is currently attending Brown University and playing water polo. Maggie always makes time in her busy schedule to be involved with several community-oriented activities; board member Peninsula Volunteers, Inc., Menlo Charity Horse show volunteer, previous board member Las Lomitas Education Foundation and Menlo-Atherton High School Foundation for the Future, neighborhood activist/organizer, active PTA member, Girl Scouts troop leader. If not at a house, you can usually find Maggie at a pool or in the yard gardening.
