If you are looking for a realtor to sell your condo, I would highly recommend Madeleine. She is professional and personable. Madeleine is amazing and she has consistently found great investable properties for me to renovate and flip ! I am a seasoned real estate investor and rehabber and she is my to-go-to realtor in Southeast Florida. As an investor it is hard to find an agent willing to work on our reduced price offers and have the tenacity to negotiate to the finish. We are working together on one now where she worked with about six negotiation rounds with the other agent that was "less than receptive" to bring this over the finish line but she pushed and pushed for the deal and was a smooth negotiator on my behalf in order to make this total rehab possible. It is in a very desirable area of Lighthouse Point and the home needed extreme TLC - basically everything and she knew I needed the math to work. She has been a real partner and even brought me an idea for how to redesign part of the home and even gave me a draft/blueprint of that plan. It was great and I went with it. I will continue to team with Madeleine on future projects.
