With all the new construction going up it seems to be a incredible task to sell a home, but she was up to the task, diligent and highly motivated she took the time to outline the options and attack the housing market. Mackenzie is an angel to work with. This amazing person is responsive, understanding, kind, she knows her stuff, and most importantly for buyers - she knows how to advise you ,even if you don't know yourself what you should buy. She has a talent that many realtors do not have. Some realtors only do whatever the buyer wants them to do, and that is a wrong . You hire a realtor not just to sell or buy your home, you hire them to consult with you to enable you to make good home buying or selling decisions. She was personally recommended to me by my former lender and if it was not for her, I still would be renting. This great lady both helped me buy a home and sell the same home during the height of the Covid-19 situation where I was required to re-locate to a different state, and she sold my home in under a month. Furthermore, when I needed her to sell my home, she responded to me within minutes, and my home was on the market in days.
