Nobu went above and beyond to guide us through buying our first home in San Francisco through the city's first-time homebuyer program. This required not only dealing with a challenging seller's agent, but with navigating the demands and timeline of the program. Nobu was patient and thoughtful in explaining each step of the process. With an eye for detail, she took time to carefully review our 100+ page city application, made sure we met all the deadlines well in advance and leveraged her connections to help us find answers to difficult questions. She was assertive and proactive in advocating for our needs and wants and made a great thought partner to consider costs and benefits when we had to make some key decisions. She had lightning fast turnaround when it came to communication, whether through phone, email or text. My partner and I are queer women of color we felt 100% comfortable being ourselves with her, which was a huge plus in the housing market. We always felt that we were her first priority.
