Gina is a colleague and reached out when she had a listing that unfortunately, the buyer fell through at the last minute. With only 7.5 days to make closing, Gina engaged our team and helped navigate the process to get the buyer home! She navigated all the parties working together for a common goal, homeownership for this more mature couple. Without her input and guidance, this wouldn't have been possible. Smooth VA Home Buy Thanks to Gina's Expertise. This was my first time buying a house and I used a VA loan, so the process felt overwhelming and confusing at times.
