We cannot imagine a better professional to help us find our new dream home. She guided us through the entire process from our initial search of the area all the way to purchase, and beyond. Her knowledge of the area, available properties and contacts is incredible. Lytisha helped us define and refine our search until we found the perfect home for us. She made sure our key "wants and needs" were met while suggesting new ideas to incorporate into our search. Lytisha established excellent communication with us and was always available for consultation which was very important since we lived 200 miles away from our search area. She made sure we were kept up to date on new properties coming to the market and coordinated our property visits to maximize our time on our trips to the area. Lytisha excels at following up to make sure no detail is missed including providing a "to do" list of utilities, services and people to contact after the home is purchased. What makes this process even more special is she actually knows a lot of the folks we needed to contact and could provide introductions. Lytisha continues to follow up and offer assistance after our purchase including where to go and who to see to get new driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, home maintenance, places to shop, etc. She stresses to us that she wants us to feel comfortable that we can call on her anytime with questions or ask advice.
