Lytisha was polite, professional, and performed at a very high level. The first Agent you sent to me concerning the property NEVER CALLED. Lytisha called immediately. She was available to me 24/7 and even spoke with me while on a cruise. Additionally EVERY question I had was answered in most cases immediately. We knew that if we purchased this cabin we would want to VRBO it as well as use it on a personal basis. Lytisha found a professional company to assist with rentals and also with our renovation. When we had inspections she knew every company that did the inspections at reasonable prices and made sure they were timely and did quality work. Lytisha helped negotiate a discounted price for purchase as well as having the seller pay for some work that was necessary to bring the house up to standard. Closing was simple. As we are of retirement age we have experienced purchases several times over the years. Lytisha was by far the best Agent we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her as your first choice for any property within an hour of Bryson City because you wont find any better!

My husband and I started looking for a second home in Bryson City NC in 2019. We did not have an agent at the time and did most of our searching online. Our primary home is in SC. Covid hit and we put off looking for a home. Forward to March 2025, we walked into Keller Williams Great Smokies office on a Friday and met agent Lytisha Shuler. We were there for the weekend and after our discussion with Lytisha about what we were looking for, she had 5 houses lined up for Saturday. We spent most of the day looking at homes but none seem to fit exactly what we were looking for. Spending the day getting to know her and the knowledge she has about Bryson City, we knew she was a person we could trust since we live in another state. There were a few homes I would email her about and she would be totally honest with us about the location, history of home and if it was not what we were looking for. We trusted her totally! We finally found one we liked. The home had all the features we were looking for in a second home. We did a contract on the home after Lytisha negotiated with the selling agent. Contract signed. We were so excited! We immediately ordered the home inspection. Major issues were noted and we canceled the contact. We were disappointed because this was the only home we looked at that was exactly what we wanted. We continued to look at homes but none were what we were looking for. The major repair on the home we previously had a contract on was completed and house was back on the market. We visited the home again and begin negotiations. Contract signed once again. Ordered all inspections and scheduled a closing date. We closed January 16, 2026. During the 10 months working with Lytisha, she never gave up on us. She was always available, answered all of our questions and was always 100% honest with us. I would highly recommend Lytisha if you are looking to purchase a home. Thank you Lytisha!

Lytisha had been amazing. She was very responsive to scheduling any listings I wanted to see. I told her what I was looking for in a home and she was able to help me find potential homes.
