    We contacted Lynnette about selling our home and she met with us the next day, she helped us determine a price and gave us great suggestions for staging our home for showing. She listed our house and conducted an agent open house. We were in constant contact via text and email and she kept us appraised of the market activity every week. She walked us through several counter offers and also connected us with excellent local contractors for work that we needed after inspection and we closed 10 weeks after we listed.
