She priced our home aggressively in the market and waited patiently. Several times she managed the marketing techniques to get our home back in the buyers sights, but not once did she ask us to reduce the price or encourage to alter the plan. In the end, we got a deal nearly at asking price, and right where we were happy to negotiate. Then, when the buyer was picky, picky about the cleaning in the wake of the Marshall Fire that delivered ash across the front range, she actually went in and cleaned the floor herself prior to the final buyer's final walk-through. Not only did she prepare and follow a comprehensive marketing plan for our property, she frequently refreshed on-line photos, thus increasing the number of views our property received. Our home was the most viewed on Zillow throughout the process. (BTW, Lynne, herself, is a superb photographer - a real artist!). While she helped us to negotiate a strong initial contract, she also secured and cultivated a highly viable back-up offer. When the first contract fell through, she immediately presented the back-up offer (at a higher price). The transition from buyer 1 to buyer 2 was seamless. Our closing was only delayed by 8 days. Lynns calm, professional demeanor ably guided us through the sales process. Her knowledge of the industry and market is second to none. Most importantly, she is a lovely person who is VERY easy to work with. We cant recommend Lynne highly enough and look forward to working with her again in the future.
