Glenn was my real estate agent and since it was my first house I had no idea what I was in store for. Right away it was clear Glenn was not the typicial agent. He didn't try to sell us on anything we were uncomfortable about, he was so human and genuine. As a first time buyer I feel so lucky to have encountered someone so honest and genuine. I love my home and feel so fortunate that we encountered Glenn to get the most honest and fair deal we could have hoped for.

Kim came to me by recommendation of the mortgage broker who was handling my purchase. She was easy going and enthusiastic to work with and wasnt pushy. I was looking for something specific - in that I wanted something smaller than most buyers typically hunt for. She certainly sent me a few houses that didnt work but ultimately we looked at 3 that didnt Each of the 3 were great matches and we put offers in on each. The first and second didnt materialize, that was for the best. The third house popped up on Zillow one morning and when I saw it, I KNEW it had to be mine. Kimberly jumped at the chance to go see it during a brokers showing and somehow managed to get me in for a showing. We wrote up an offer on the (what is now MY) kitchen counter and the rest is history. Thanks Kim!

I met Peter upon searching for a new home in Garden City. He was knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer all of my questions timely and honestly. What I liked the most about Peter was that he didn't rush me into making a decision and exhibited utmost patience during our search. He even took time to drive me through the area so that I could gain a full understanding of the area and the different homes and structures and history of the village. Peter was very pleasant and informative. I could tell he had the experience and understanding we needed to help us with our home search.
