Most of these offers were with another agent. (Note that the other agent didn't get the job done -- Lynne did.) From the very beginning, Lynne strategized ways to make me a more competitive buyer in a seller's market. When I was interested in a property, she was proactive in getting key information that may help win the offer. Her honest feedback was grounded in reality and experience. If a house was a stinker, she let me know. During negotiations on the house we ultimately won, she was right in-the-thick of it and guided me towards victory. Furthermore, she's well-respected in the Lehigh Valley area, giving her an edge with the local agents. If and when I re-enter the market, I will seek Lynne's services once again.
