I called Lynne about a listing she had. I relayed to her over the phone that I have a nine month old baby and I would like to come see the house. She told me I could head over and when I arrived there and I asked her if she would like to be my agent and she told me that shes not comfortable doing that because its not fair for the seller, etc. which I thought was a little bit odd but I let it go. She had told me that the house was under contract, but the buyers got cold feet so it was back on the market. I contacted my Aunts realtor who called Lynn about the property and said we would like to put an offer in. I was on the phone with my now, Realtor discussing what offer we were going to put in and she saw an insurance claim that was put in last year. We put two and two together and figured out there was a triple murder in that home which was all over the internet but NOT when you put the property in, only the owners name and town. I am so disappointed and upset that this woman let me enter a home like that especially with my baby. I even opened up to her how life has been very difficult because my father just passed away out of nowhere. She had no compassion and no respect I would never recommend her. She is very shady. She knew exactly why the other buyer got cold feet! I woke up the next morning with chills!

I cant express in words how thankful we are to have Lynne as our realtor. Prior to Lynne we had a bad experience with another realtor and long story short everything fell through it just felt like our world was crashing down. Moving is stressful for any family but it was particularly hard for us with 2 babies and both of us working full time but somehow Lynne managed take the entire burden off our shoulders and made it seem easy. Most importantly it was the sense of security and comfort her and her team provided. She guided us through the whole process and made sure to explain every step of the way. Trust was a big factor for us because of the bad experience we had with past agents but never once did we doubt Lynne. Her knowledge of the process and the market is incredible. There wasnt a situation or obstacle she didnt have an answer to. She has an amazing team backing her and a vast network for just about everything. We never told her but when we first started with Lynne we did some researchaEUR| We were shocked to see the type properties she had sold/bought because some of them were in the millions! So we figured our small 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was insignificant compare to the properties she typically deals with but never once did she give us that impression. In fact you would think we were selling a multi-million dollar home for the level of care and service she provided. It didnt matter what time, weekend, holiday, or how short of a notice we gave her. She always made time for us. In fact thats how we found our future home and thank god she is our agent for that as well. In summary, Lynne has been the best agent we ever had the pleasure to work with. She is our lifesaver and the only agent I would recommend to my family and friends.

We have been through 2 home purchases and 1 home sale with Lynne and there is a reason for that consistency - If you are looking for the best of the best, look no further than Lynne! When buying or selling a home, you want someone representing you that is an expert in their field, strategic, honest, and has your best interest at heart, Lynne checks all of those boxes and then some! There are not enough positive things I can say about Lynne, she truly is the best and if it were not for her, my family and I would not be in our forever home. Lynne goes above and beyond for her clients - Her humor, kindness, integrity, and candor are truly unmatched. It's those things (amongst others) that not only arrtibute to her being an amazing realtor but an amazing person!
