However, as a 10 year US Army Veteran, I am no stranger to moving, and understand how stressful it can be. I have lived in a total of 7 states and have spent a year in Afghanistan, giving me a unique knowledge of both relocation and purchasing a home using military benefits. Very few home sale transactions are cut and dry, there are usually a some bumps along the way. But that's OK. My job is to prepare you, inform you, and ultimately work in your best interest. Lynn was one of several realtors that we spoke with in deciding to list and sell our home. From the get-go, it was evident that Lynn was knowledgeable, upfront, and cared deeply about her line of work and clients. We felt that her representation was in line with our timeline and financial goals- advising us to list for more than we had considered. Our home sold for over listing with multiple offers coming in within three days of list, proving her market gauge was spot-on.
