A long backround of customer service provides a foundation to properly evaluate market conditions and provide that information to her clients so they as buyers or sellers can make the best decision. I act as a advocate for my clients, and I take the trust they place with me very seriously. Clients receive added value at ever turn, and strong negotiating skills, to deliver a better outcome for both sides buyers and sellers. For buyers, I listen to what is important to them, and has the experience of 30yrs in San Antonio to know which neighborhoods and features will meet my clients needs. I also match my buyers with the best lender for their financing needs. For military I will make sure they get the best VA lender that offers what they are needing. For Sellers, I take an individualized approach.
