We are new, first time home buyers and could not be happier with all that Lynn Buckway from The Buckway Group did to make that happen! The reason we wanted to purchase a home was two-fold: we no longer wanted to rent because we wanted a place that was ours and we wanted to live closer to our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids. Lynn did an awesome job honing in on the specific areas we were interested in living and helped us find a home that has become a peaceful oasis for all of us! When we were looking for a real estate agent, we were looking for someone we could trust, someone who could take any special requests at any given time and handle them, but most importantly be responsive when we needed them. Lynn did this and more! As we were going through the purchase process, he and his office communicated everything so that it wasn't so overwhelming but kept us right on track! Lynn was so knowledgeable throughout the whole process from start to finish and I'm still texting him about things and he still has answers (i.e. home warranty, how to get the Nest Smart Thermometer to work for us). I really value all his real estate knowledge, all the many hours of extra help he gave us and his responsiveness. If you're trying to make a decision about who you should work with to find the home of your dreams, I'd definitely call Lynn. I know you'll be completely happy! The experience we've had has been exceptional!

We certainly couldn't have gone through this difficult experience of selling and buying a home without the professionalism, dedicated time, knowledge of the process, and sincere friendship offered by Lynn. Lynn consistently went over and above our expectations. He was never pushy and always offered his time to talk through concerns and worries about the process. We even had to withdraw an offer and Lynn never made it seem like a burden, but always what was best for us. Lynn offered all kinds of fun bonuses we had never had before like a cleaning crew, fun customer activities, excellent photographer, closing with the title agent with lunch and golfing at Top Golf, and pizza lunch for our moving crew. Lynn even helped us unpack a truck and trailer at the new home. He always took our calls, even late at night and on weekends. Lynn also gave us referrals for the moving process, including a great deal with a carpet discounted warehouse. I would highly recommend Lynn because he was such an excellent realtor!
